Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the Kiong Software 2012 Australia Summer of Tennis contest ("contest").
  1. The "contest" is opened to Australia and New Zealand residents only.
  2. The decision by Kiong Software is final. No appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
  3. Contestants can submit as many entries as they like. One lucky winner will be drawn from entries that correctly predicted the result of the tournament.
  4. Early entries will be given more weight than late entries in the lucky draw. For example, a correct prediction submitted on the first day of the tournament will have a higher chance of being picked as the winner than a correct prediction submitted on the day before the final.
  5. Contest entry for a tournament will be closed one day before the final is scheduled to be played. If a tournament has both men's and women's finals, the entry will be closed one day before either the men's or women's final is scheduled to be played, whichever is earlier.
  6. It is the contestant's responsibility to provide accurate information (for example, submit the form with correct spelling of the ATP or WTA player's name). Incorrect spelling of the ATP or WTA player's name could void the entry.
  7. The winner will be announced on Kiong Software's website within a week after the tournament is over.
  8. The winner will be contacted via email with the email address provided on the entry form. It is the responsibility of the contestant to provide the correct email address. It is the responsibility of the winner to respond to the notification from Kiong Software to collect the prize.
  9. Prizes not claimed within 14 days after the winner has been announced will be given to the next lucky winner.
  10. Kiong Software reserves the right to substitute the original prize item with an item of the same category and of the same value if the original prize item is out of stock or is unavailable from the suppliers.
  11. Prizes will be sent to the winner by post or a courier. Kiong Software cannot be held liable for prizes that are damaged, lost or delayed when delivered by post or courier.
